What is the Blussit Contact Card?
A card with a QR code for your car. Anyone who needs to reach you — you're blocking them, your lights are on, your car is being towed — scans it and calls or alerts you without seeing your number.
Does the person who scans it see my phone number?
No. Calls are connected through a Blussit number, so neither side sees the other's number. Alerts reach you on WhatsApp.
Do they need an app to scan it?
No. Any phone camera opens the card's page in the browser. They can call, send an alert or report an emergency from there.
How do I start using my card?
Open Contact Cards in the Blussit app and tap Scan Your Card, or type the Card ID printed on it. If your captain hands it over after a wash, it's already linked to you.
How is it delivered?
If you have a Blussit wash coming up, your captain brings it with your wash. Otherwise we ship it by courier anywhere in India. Check your pincode above.
Can I stop calls for a while?
Yes. Set quiet hours, turn calls or alerts off, or pause the card. In an emergency the person can still reach you.
What if I sell the car or lose the card?
Retire the card in the app — it stops working at once. You can order a new one any time.
Can I return the card?
Cards are non-refundable: every card sale is final. An order that isn't paid in time expires on its own and nothing is charged.
